These terms include declaring how the site is made for adults, labeling the site sexually explicit, declaring all models and actors are legal adults, and ensuring all linking sites comply with ASACP terms, too. ASACP also keeps its members abreast of child pornography laws and updates to stay in compliance with laws.
• RTA: By posting a “Restricted To Adults” label on a website, the site provider is abiding by ASACP standards and is declaring the content is unsuitable for a child. Pornography sites are deemed inappropriate for minors with an RTA label.

Along with taking these measures, parents can purchase and implement filters on any computers that a child or minor can grant access to. Following the 18 USC 2257, terms of use and any internet protection organization’s rules can help ensure that no children view porn pay sites.
